Introduction
TrueMove is a US-only social gifting app. Certain state privacy laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's SB 370, may treat information about a person's gender and who they are interested in connecting with as Consumer Health Data because that information can reveal or infer sensitive personal traits.
We provide this notice to explain what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.
1. What We Collect
We do not collect medical records, insurance information, treatment history, genetic data, or biometric health data for this product.
The only information that may be treated as Consumer Health Data in TrueMove is:
- your gender selection
- your connection preferences, such as who you are interested in connecting with

We collect this information only to operate the core experience of the app, including:
- preference-based filtering
- showing more relevant profiles
- supporting your account controls and discovery preferences
We do not collect this information for advertising.
3. We Do Not Sell This Data
We do not sell Consumer Health Data. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not provide it to advertisers or data brokers.
4. How We Share This Data
- With other users: Your gender may appear on your public profile. Your connection preferences are private and are not shown to other users.
- With service providers: We use service providers such as cloud hosting and storage providers to process data on our behalf. They may process this information only to provide services to TrueMove.
- For legal or safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our policies, or investigate abuse or fraud.
5. Retention
- We retain this data while your account is active and while needed to operate the service.
- If you delete your account, retention and deletion follow the timelines in our Privacy Policy, including the 30-day restoration window and limited safety or legal retention where applicable.

- withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing
We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days.
