TrueMove Community Guidelines
TrueMove is a social gifting community for adults who believe reaching out should still mean something. Whether you send a simple request, a thoughtful note, or an optional gift, the standard is the same: be genuine, respect boundaries, and never turn a gesture into leverage.

What we stand for
TrueMove exists for people who are tired of outreach that feels disposable.
We believe:
- Warmth still matters. A kind word or thoughtful gesture can open a conversation with care.
- Both sides deserve dignity. Senders should be able to express sincerity without being reduced to spam. Recipients should never feel trapped, obligated, or exposed.
- Generosity is optional. Gifts can be meaningful when they are chosen freely. They should never feel expected, competitive, or transactional.
- Privacy is non-negotiable. Your shipping details stay private. Your choices stay yours.
- Community is earned. We protect a respectful culture through clear rules and enforcement, not through hype or pressure tactics.
These guidelines describe how we expect every member to show up.
What TrueMove is
- A social gifting app where people connect with a free request, a thoughtful note, or an optional physical gift.
- A place for sincere outreach, not mass messaging.
- A community where recipients stay in control and gifts remain optional compliments, not leverage.
TrueMove is not a dating app or a marketplace for buying attention. Connecting, messaging, and sending requests or notes are free. Optional gifts do not purchase replies, meetings, or obligation.
Core principle
Gifts are gestures, not transactions. Effort is expression, not entitlement.
A thoughtful note or gift can show genuine interest. It never obligates the recipient to reply, chat, meet, or continue interacting. Senders choose to give. Recipients choose how to respond.
For payment, refunds, swaps, and final sale rules, see our Gifting Policy.
Be real and be kind
- Be real. Use your real identity. Fake profiles, catfishing, or photos that are not yours are not allowed.
- Be kind. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, illegal content, solicitation, escorting, and commercial exploitation are prohibited.
- Put in effort. Thoughtfulness beats volume. Empty profiles, low-effort outreach, and spam may be limited in visibility. Show who you are.
When you reach out
Sending a note or gift should express sincerity, not pressure.
- Gifts are gestures, not transactions. You are not buying time, attention, a reply, or access.
- Gifting is always voluntary. If anyone pressures you to send a gift, do not send it. Report them.
- Respect the outcome. Outreach does not guarantee a connection or reply. Recipients may decline any connection request, with or without a gift.
- No follow-up pressure. Do not harass or repeatedly message someone about a gift you sent. If a request expires or is declined, move on with grace.
- No spray-and-pray. Do not use copy-paste notes or gifts for mass outreach. TrueMove is for thoughtful moves, not volume tactics.
- Know the rules. Accepted gifts are Final Sale. Refunds and cancellations are explained in the Gifting Policy.
When someone reaches out to you
You should be able to receive a gesture without burden or guilt.
- Zero obligation. You are never required to connect, chat, or meet anyone, even if you accept a gift.
- Your choice on requests. On connection requests, you may accept, decline, or ignore. Declining a gifted request triggers a full refund to the sender.
- Gifts in chat. If someone you are already chatting with sends a gift, there is no decline. We keep chat gifting simple. Accept when you are ready, or ignore it; after 30 days it expires and the sender is refunded. The sender can cancel before you accept.
- Safety first. If anyone makes you feel pressured or "owed" because of a gift, report them immediately.
- Swap before you claim. You may customize or swap a gift before claiming it. See the Gifting Policy.
Privacy and delivery
- Private details stay private. Senders never see your shipping address, phone number, or email. TrueMove fulfills orders as the intermediary.
- Shipping times. Delivery often takes about 2 to 14 business days, depending on item and carrier. Actual delivery may take longer. We may provide tracking when available.
- Adults only. TrueMove is for users 18+. Report suspected minor accounts immediately.
Misuse we do not allow
Gift manipulation and coercion
Users may not pressure, manipulate, or coerce others into sending gifts. Harassment or repeated manipulation around gifting may result in suspension or permanent removal.
Gift farming
Users may not repeatedly accept gifts from multiple members without genuine participation in the community. Systematic exploitation of gifting may result in restriction or removal.
Your controls
You can block or report other users directly in the app. Blocking prevents further interaction.
