TrueMove Community Guidelines

Welcome to TrueMove.

TrueMove is built on the idea that reaching out should feel intentional, respectful, and human. Whether you send a simple request, a thoughtful note, or an optional gift, the rules are the same: be genuine, respect boundaries, and never treat another person like a transaction.

To keep TrueMove safe and thoughtful for everyone, all members must follow these guidelines.

1. Authenticity & Respect

  • Be Real: You must be who you say you are. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fake profiles, catfishing, or using photos that aren't yours.
  • Be Kind: We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, illegal content, or any behavior that makes another member feel unsafe. Solicitation, escorting, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
  • Put in Effort: TrueMove is a two-way street. We value thoughtful profiles. Members with empty bios or low-effort profiles may have limited visibility. Show us who you really are.

2. The Sender’s Pledge (Making a True Move)

Sending a thoughtful note or gift can be meaningful, but it must be done with the right mindset.

  • Gifts are Gestures, Not Transactions: If you choose to send a gift, remember it is an act of appreciation, not a purchase. You are not buying someone's time, attention, response, or access.
  • Never Feel Pressured: Gifting must always be voluntary. If another user ever pressures, forces, or attempts to coerce you into sending a gift, do not send it. Report them immediately.
  • Respect the Outcome: Intentional outreach does not guarantee a connection, a reply, or a friendship. The recipient is free to decline your request, whether it includes a gift or just a note. You must respect their decision without complaint.
  • No Pressure: You must never pressure, harass, or message a user asking about a gift you sent. If a request expires or is declined, move on with grace.
  • Know the Rules: By sending a gift, you acknowledge that accepted gifts are Final Sale.

3. The Recipient’s Bill of Rights (The Grace of Receiving)

If someone reaches out to you, you should be able to receive that gesture without burden or pressure.

  • Zero Obligation: You are never obligated to connect, chat with, or meet a user, even if you accept their gift. Gifts are voluntary gestures and do not grant the sender any rights to responses, communication, meetings, or other actions from the recipient.
  • Accept Guilt-Free: You are free to accept a gift simply as the kind compliment it is. You are also free to politely decline any request. The choice is 100% yours.
  • Safety First: If any user makes you feel pressured or "owed" because of a gift, report them immediately. This is a violation of our core values.
  • Your Choice, Your Gift: You have the right to customize or swap your gift before claiming it.

4. Privacy & Logistics

  • Your Private Details are Safe: Senders never see your shipping address, phone number, or email. TrueMove acts as the secure intermediary for all deliveries. Your private contact details are used solely for shipping and are never shared with the sender.
  • Shipping Times: We work with third-party fulfillment and shipping providers to deliver gifts. Please allow an estimated 2-14 business days for delivery.
  • Minors Prohibited: TrueMove is only for users 18+. Report any suspected minor accounts immediately.

5. Gift Manipulation and Coercion

Users may not pressure, manipulate, or coerce other members into sending gifts. Attempts to exploit the gifting system for financial gain, harassment, or repeated manipulation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

6. Gift Farming

Users may not repeatedly accept gifts from multiple members without genuine participation in the community. Accounts engaging in systematic exploitation of the gifting system may be restricted or removed.

7. User Controls

Members can block or report other users directly within the app. Blocking prevents further interaction. Reported accounts may be reviewed and may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Reporting and Enforcement

  • How to Report: Use in-app reporting or email support@truemove.app with screenshots/details if you experience harassment, coercion, hate speech, or safety concerns.
  • Enforcement Actions: We may issue warnings, feature limits, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for violations. Severe violations (harassment, threats, hate, coercion, minors) may result in immediate suspension or ban without notice.
  • Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was in error, email support@truemove.app with context, and we will review.
